I have been trying for more than a week to book a flight on Kulula's online booking website for more than we week. The domestic flight screen just hangs and you cannot make a booking. I have emailed, phoned, written on Facebook and reported them on HelloPeter, with no luck. WHAT TO DO???

I am member of ACI for almost a year now paying about 1,000 Rands per month. Meaning i have already paid around 12,000 Rands so far. Trying to book accommodation in Cape Town. One place i found needs 90 points and i have apparantely only accumulated 50 points. What a scam. I wanted to cancel but i have bound myself with a contract and cannot cancel the contract. So frustrated.

I have a Toyota fortuner 4x4 2012 model my clutch burn on 27.000km I took my car in they ask me to pay 6.500 I refuse and ask the manager to please take the clutch in for inspection mr Kruger the work shop manager refuse to take it in an he was very rude an unprofessional and told us we did burn the clutch because we don't know how to drive I am driving for the pass 22 years I never change a clutch in any of my cars and my husband is driving for more 40 years and never change a clutch...

Supposed to move my goods to Europe but kept them in storage for 6 months. Finally admitted they couldn't provide the service so I took my goods to a reputable company with the promise of a refund. Still waiting for my money. They don't answer the phones or reply to emails, in fact there is no communication at all. Do not do business with this company or its owner Denis Kaye. Kaye will not even answer my attorneys letter.

I received a confirmation email from Dance Directory that a one month written notice was needed to cancel my service arrangement with them. I then did exactly that on 16 November 2012. To date, no response/s from them. After sending more emails to them, no reply. I cannot contact them. The land line just rings and cell never available. And of course they just continue to debit my account every month as if it is business as usual.

I've ordered 2 x Android tablets 4.0 9.7 IPS 8G on the 16th of June 2012. The order number send to me: 39786881-DD I haven't received it yet. It is now more than 10 months later. and all they can say is go look at your post office. They cant tell me where the products are and they are not willing to give me a full refund. Worst service I have ever experienced from anybody.

Outsurance Lied to me Stating the Bank instructed them to write my Golf off. The Vehicle was in excellent condition, only has 94000KMs on the Odometer and I have spent over R25K in the last 2 years to keep the vehicle as new. The same vehicles are advertised at retail prices from R80K-R120 with around 250 000 KMs at various dealers. After 6 weeks of unethical conduct, deceit and lies which pertains to fraud, I contacted WesBank 2 days ago asking them to overturn the write off, R40K damage....
