I had a problem with my NEDBANK personal loan debit order going off on the wrong date repeatedly. After communication errors due to a language barrier at the call centre, I send an e-mail on Friday 26th of April 2013 to NEDBANK CFO (Chief Financial Officer) Raisibe Morathi informing her about my debit order problem and asking, if possible, I would like for a English speaking person to contact and assist me to sort out the problem?. Legal loans They aprove you on loans and keep on phoning an sms you all eager to give you a loan they aprove you then you have to pay in just over R350 when they receive money the eagerness goes away!! Then u have to phone all kind of call centres,waiting in a que spending over R200 worth of airtime and still not getting anywhere eventualy after lots of money spend,way to many paper work done,they email you saying you have been declined due to bad credit criteria! I had a loan with Nedabank whick i paid up it took me two days of calling them just to get a paid up letter . After running up my phone bill been passed from pillar to post a consultant tells its going to take 3 days to draw up a paid up letter. Its amaizing when they sell you stuff they can find all your personal details but when you want a paid up letter they cant find anything on the system

On the 17 of January I went to volksrust police station to report that by my house there was a break in and then went to ellerince in volksrust to report my case.I gave all the details with my case number but I haven't received anything from the store and I am a paying customer I paid all my arrears so I can be up to date,this is the reason why I am submitting my complain I am not happy at all because I will paying again soon please help me
