Hi there, I've paid our account on Saturday & eversince then been struggling to get our phones connected. I've been phoning since Monday morning and my account at work must be sky high and I'm still getting nowhere. Not the Branch in Stellenbosch where I made the payment, the one in Paarl is of any help. I have phoned vodacom customer care to retrieve my puk number. I spoke to the lady by the name of siphokazi booi. She was very rude from the first moment she picked up the phone.she asked me security question, that I answered.
