I have a shipment of 20ft released from China to South Africa JHB 4/11/2012. All costs were arranged and paid in full in China(R25000) through PIL agent and I was told that NO payments will be made in SA except SARS and Custom clearance. Surprising was to receive an invoice(R8900) from PIL South Africa with a new bill to be paid. I then contacted China PIL enquiring of the invoice and they emailed confirmation that we should not pay South Africa as all payments were made. I ended up paying...

I have spoken to several people at FED EX COURRIERS i get cut of, no one calls me back when they say they would. It took sever days for a priority mail(TA036982455) parcel from THE REEDS to RUSTENBURG Post Office. The addressee provided the tracking number each of 3 times but was infotmed that the parcel had not arrived. Only on production the forth day of the status report given by the SAPO website were the staff able to locate the parcel. No slip was placed in the Post Box to inform the addressee of its arrived which arrived 7 days earlier. Pathetic service.

I am very unhappy with the service from Furniture City Park Meadows. I bought a lounge suite in November 2011 from them and it was delivered a month later, DAMAGED. I didnt receive my payment of my bakkie since september till date. i was signed a contract with the company called MS Courier. MS courier they was suppoese to get a money from Courier it, so they dont want to pay us. Again my bakkie was involved in the car accident on the 31 October 2011. they did a move for me from capetown to krugersdorp ,they gave me a qeutation to do so .Thursday they pick up my belongings in capetown ,my wife phoned me and told me theres more boxes that must go than on the list ,i called them to tell them the lady told me dont warry wil call driver and let me know how much its gone cost exstra. Received an opened parcel, with no paperwork, dropped of by an unknown person, not a Fedex employee. I notified the call centre and was told to expect a response within one day. Next day the employee is 'busy', someone else listens to my complaint. No response. Asked to speak to a manager. 'Lee' or 'Leigh', the manager, said she will get back me with answers within one hour.Still waiting. I told them nothing was missing from the parcel, since 5 parts of everything was ordered and in the box....
