On the 29th April, I paid the TOPTv rental for May, we called in and the gentleman on the phone that day was super, he reconnected us in a matter of minutes. 4 Days later, toptv discontinued our service, after calling in they said we had missed a payment, and they had run a statement that was sent to us (last statement was in December 2012) and therefore could not reconnect. Why is it that we have to pay such exorbitant prices to have a third world satellite viewing facility as MULTI Not CHOICE!! We have to put up with episode "gaps" in series', late start of episodes due to other rubbish being forced down our throats (NOT EVERYBODY LIKES "REALITY" SHOWS / SPORT. Hi. I just want to know why all the advertsmets while showing a series?? This is one of the resons why all the people of south africa are moving away from sabc and etv. Damm,like every 10 minutes!! Top tv broadcasted the first time for no advertising between movies and series shows.. It is sutch a turn off,you will loose all your supporters because of this... Hi, Perching the 2 X Top TV units on Saturday from OK Furniture in Vanderbjilpark, I gave all the installation details the sales person which helped me which she said I will get a SMS with the Installers details…. I am a businessman in PTA,I have a few conracts with vodacom ,and have renued 2of them 2 blackberries bolds,what a mess,it putts it's self on silent or just goes off,vodacom says I need to give it in but it comes back with the same problem,what now,I must speek to MTN to see what they can do,patience at their call centre says will phone me but never does,incopopotent must say,I am asking for copys of my contracts

Multichoice - insufficient call phone operators - waiting for 15 minutes before being attended to - no national callshare / or toll free number when calling from out of main centre? Pathetic service attendance setup - must employ more staff must have caal share / tollfree number

The general manager is rude and has no manners what so ever. He also has the lack of knowledge to tell when the ice rink is dangerous to skate on and has no concern of who gets hurt. The rink looked like a swimming pool and children were getting hurt, a young girl had to be admitted into hospital. There were many people complaining without my knowledge and the general manager accused me that I made everyone complain!

I live in Witbank and have had to go to Multichoice branch in Wibank 6 times this year for my PVR. The average waiting time in the que is 2 hours in a small 4 x 4 meter room, no ventilation, aircon that has not worked once when I was there. No seats. The staff is over worked and not enough stations to assist the customers. Try and stand in a que for 2 hours holding a PVR and a decoder. IT is disgusting that in a town as big as Witbank there is no provision made for the customers. Funny thing...
