I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE ARE GETTING FROM THE RECEIVER OF REVENUE IN REGARD TO THE SUBMISSION OF TRANSFER DUTIES AS WELL AS THE NON COMMUNICATION FROM THAT OFFICE AS WE ALWAYS HAVE TO GO VIA A CALL CENTRE AND HONESTLY THE PEOPLE ASSISITING HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT TRANSFER DUTY IS OR WHY A RECEIPT HAS NOT BEEN FORTHCOMING. ALSO TO WAIT 24 TO 48 HOURS FOR SERVICE AFTER A CALL HAS BEEN LOGGED, DELAYS THE SERVICE THEY WE CAN GIVE OUT CLIENTS AND IN RETROSPECT THE SERVICE...

On 2012/11/26 I went to Silverton SAPS to open a case. Capt Mosweu refused to open the case and dared me to lodge a complaint at the minister while dancing and clapping her hands behind the counter. Since when can the Police refuse to open a case and treat the complainant like dirt?

On Monday 27 August at one in the afternoon my son was involved in a accident. A Taxi hit him head on of his motorcycle. He was then rushed to Rustenberg Goverment hospital. Road conditions are in a terrible state in Kroonstad. In some areas the roads dont even exist. Especially in areas in Suidrand towards the Pertol Depot. This is impact on my car in a serious manner. Also then the water that comes out the tap is generally brown in colour and smells. You cannot drink it without having cramps. i could not believe: December 11, 2011 day 2 visiting, my niece was stopped by metro police and was told she is being fined R1000. She was then ordered out of her vehicle to go and make an offer, she agreed to pay R100 and they let her go. Day 3: Nieces friend gets stop and locked up for dui and after a few days his friends and family come up with case and file / docit gets destroyed and he is released. I went to Tweelingspan clinic(Taung)in the north west on 05/11/2011.Two ladies who were on duty were horrible.I could not get their names since they were not wearing name badges which is a requirement.The type of service you get in that goverment institutions is appalling to say the least.I went to the clinic because I had tonsilitis and I was in great pain,but I left without any help and went to a Doctor instead.They look at you in disbelief when you raise concerns about the type of service...
