Chillies has put on a lapa for in January 2013 We have discovered and leak which is quite bad and reported it .Todate his promised to come serveral times and he never turned up .He should be removed from all Home Improvement magazines cause he is unreliable and the service is shit .

HI, I BOUGHT A BED FROM DIAL A BED IN GEORGE ON 2 MARCH 2013. 5 WEEKS LATER...STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED. I PHONED THEM DAILY...EVERY DAY THERE ARE NEW MANUFACTURED EXCUSES WHY IT CANNOT BE DELIVERED... WHEN I BOUGHT IT, I HAD TO PAY IMMEDIATELY BEFORE ANY ACTION COULD BE TAKEN FROM THEIR SIDE. NOW THAT I HAVE PAID, NO ACTION FROM DIAL A BED. I EVEN ASKED THE MANAGER WHAT THEIR COMPANY NAME MEANS. SHE EXPLAINS : YOU DIAL, WE DELIVER WITHIN 3 - 5 DAYS.... I BELIEVE IT'S TIME...

On 6 Feb 2013, my geyser broke down and I phoned Drain Doctor (Vereeniging) to assist. Two men came out on 7 Feb and established that it needs to be replaced. They removed it but had no tools to lower it down. They stood on a small side roof to lower it, but the roof gave in with both of them and the old geyser. Phillip Rabie is a handyman from PTA. On several ocassions he arrived on site with different teams, without doing any proper Maintenance Work - fixed a few lights here and there,but we still experience the same problems as was fixed by him. An amount of R4000.00 was paid to him on 15 December 2012 to do several repairs. The service is terrible. The owners are unreliable and untrustworthy. They constantly miss deadlines set by themselves. Not proactive in resolving problems and coming up with solutions like most good contractors would, instead they would rather constantly come up with creative excuses as to why their work is not done. My solar geaser has packed up, I don`t know how may times since July 2010 when I had it installed. I am fed up!!!!!! My landline is yet again down and I have to use my cell. I buy airtime and cannot afford this. Even so, I tried contacting them yesterday and this morning to no avail. I live alone so when the water starts gushing from the roof, what do I do? PLEASE HELP.
