I arrived at clinic at six only to be attended at 8am because the were no enough papers they've ordered Cards but government has not delivered yet us patience suffering because of that. When we ask for clear information from the stuff we getting shout at. Real so not happy with this service

Good Day I went to Nokuphila Clinic got there before 13:00 for family planning,there is only one room for family plannin(room 2). When I got there saw the nurse going out I assumed she is on lunch......that was before 13:00 its now 14:40 and the sister is still not back I have decided to go home as they not helping all the rooms are free you can hear all the nurses in the pause area laughing and having a good time What I hate the most is this is not the first time something like this...

I PURCHASED A VOUCHER THROUGH GROUPON AND I HAVE ATTEMPTED ON SO MANY OCCASSIONS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE BOTOX PROMOTION THAT I PURCHASED IN 22 NOVEMBER 2012 I CAN COUNT HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES TO BE CALLED BACK, I HAVE SENT TEXTS TO THE CONTACT NUMBER AND EVENTUALLY I WAS ASKED TO CALL IN EARLY JANUARY WHEN THEY RE OPENED AFTER THE FESTIVE SEASON. I had bad service from springs medicross on 28 Desember 2011,the reciption ladues there duscus patients and make remarks of them this is totally duscusting as people go there because they are sick and not to be discused or be discrimtided against and then there card mecine does not take cards as it is to old.

BOUGHT VITAFORCE TABLETS THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 120 TABLETS - BUT ONCE WE OPENED IT, WE FOUND THAT THERE WERE ONLY 49 TABLETS IN HOLDER.(THE BOTTLE WAS PROPERLY SEALED) PHONED THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE - THEY WILL SPEAK TO THEIR MANAGER AND PHONE BACK ALL THE TIME. WENT TO DISCHEM - WHO NOW MAKE ME THE CROOK! i CAN ACCEPT A MISTAKE, BUT HOW MANY OTHER BOTTLES HAVE LESS THAN HALF THE QTY?
