We bought a BMW X3 2.0d M Sport at BMW in Tigervalley. And it have been and endless story with the customer service. The car did not have PDC installed, so we decided to install that (included in the price), but it was not any available times, so we had to wait a 2 weeks which was ok. But when we got the car home and had a closer look, there was still tape marks on the car, so we had to return the car to buffer out that, so the car came back again, but still not all the tape marks was gone....

My Ducati Multistrada 1200 has a recall on front suspension. Not unsafe, merely an irritating problem. Ordered parts 4 months ago. I called regularly but, despite promises to call back, no one ever did. Phoned again yesterday, but now the parts are on "back order". What a load of rubbish. Had an accident in October 2012 with my 150cc jonway galactica scooter. Took it to ts motorcycles to get it fixed. I paid for all the goods before hand. They fixed it, got it back with minor things not fixed due to availability of parts which was on order. Now almost 5 months down the line, I'm stil waiting.
