Ons het op 30 Desember 2010 ‘n leer sitkamer stel, wat op ‘n uitverkooping was, gekoop vir R12 999.00 by Mattress zone te Wonderpark Sentrum. Ons is meegedeel dat dit ‘n egte leer stel was met ‘n 1 jaar waarborg. Voor die jaar waarborg verstrek het, het ons ‘n klag gelê omdat die spons binne in die banke onder begin uithang het en die leer het begin afskilfer. Dit lyk baie sleg en sit ongemaklik so. I bought my son a skinny jeans as part of his birthday gifts at Vangate Mall after work (approximately 5pm)on Thursday the 2nd May 2013. I placed an order for purchase of goods to the value of R1200 on 5 feb. I was told it might take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I was more than happy to wait. On the 22 November 2012 I placed an order for a La Pearla Funky Duck Daper Bag to be delivered to a friends home address as a gift. I supplied the address in the purchase order for delivery. Around the 20 November 2012 I was sent the tracking number for this delivery, which I forwarded to my friend. The delivery never arrived. I FEEL THIS IS A RACIST ATTACK ON ME AS MY RIGHTS WAS VIOLATED IN PICK N PAY CANAL WALK AND THEN BANNED FOR DEFENDING MYSELF! Story goes like this: Wednesday 13 March at 2pm I Visited the Canal Walk Store, I came across a USN Fat Burner Combo with a Paper Barcode R329 but when I went to till 15, it scanned R299. I immediately took the cashier at Till 15 to the exact corresponding barcode as Dilwinaaz previously said that the cashier must remove the barcode! Then another pick n pay employer...

On 2012.12.27 I ordered 2 x Shake 'n Takes from Groupon. After much communication on late delivery (2 & half months later)one unit delivered 2013.02.13. On 2013.03.20 queried delivery on 2nd unit with Linda. Oh sorry no stock, will pass credit. If I had not followed up would a credit have been issued. This is tantamount to stealing from the Customer. Hello Peter have 3151 reports and the majority have unhappy faces. Beware of Groupon.

I tried to resolve this issue with Pick n Pay but to no avail. Gulwinaaz made harsh statements to me to which I had to defend myself! Need a reason as to why a Pick n Pay employee Squashed the barcode in front of me- is that good business practice? The next Day I was banned from the Store by Marwaan who wasn't even present during the incident! Need a Justified reason as I have the Right to Defend Myself! PICK N PAY Needs to Change their ScanRight Policy to State After The PURCHASE ... And Not...

I also have problems with my Sony xperia Go. My service provider want to take responsibility on a manufacturing problem, they even replaced the handset with another Xperia Go, i contact Sony, they told me to de-activate certain features to get optimal value out of the phone battery life. If this is the case, why did they put on the phone the features, the phone doesnt come cheap its not acceptable that for a high price phone you have to minimise your usage, that is daylight robbery.
