On the 29th April, I paid the TOPTv rental for May, we called in and the gentleman on the phone that day was super, he reconnected us in a matter of minutes. 4 Days later, toptv discontinued our service, after calling in they said we had missed a payment, and they had run a statement that was sent to us (last statement was in December 2012) and therefore could not reconnect. Why is it that we have to pay such exorbitant prices to have a third world satellite viewing facility as MULTI Not CHOICE!! We have to put up with episode "gaps" in series', late start of episodes due to other rubbish being forced down our throats (NOT EVERYBODY LIKES "REALITY" SHOWS / SPORT. Why don't you create seperate channels just for that kind of show/s and leave the channel/s actually allocated for series shows to be just that!!!! NO SIGNAL/BAD COVERAGE I'M STAYING IN ELEADAH COMPLEX STAND 1739 MAINREEF ROAD KRUGERSDORP EXT 2 - THIS COMLEX HAS 2 TOWERS WALKING DISTANCE FROM OUR HOUSES BUT STILL POOR SIGNAL ON ALL PROVIDERS - THIS COMPLEX HAS NO TELKOM UNDERGROUND CABLE FOR US TO INSTALL ADSL OR TELEPHONE LANDLINES! I had my TopTV installed and from day 1 had breaks in the service. Apparantly it was due to bad wheather. Currently I do not have certain channels (100 to ASTV) This can not be due to bad wheather or poor connections. I realy would like to be refunded....
