My Kia broke down 2weeks after the service at imperial select midrand.Its 3months later and still waiting for my car.They dont phone me back,i always have to phone them!when wanted to sell me the car they went out of their way,now dont give a damn! Gave me an old sandero to drive with and girlfriends handbag got stolen with key in it.Asked them for spare key and told me they dont have one and i must buy one!Told them its not my car nor my responsibility and they just bluntly dont care.they...

Absolutely crap service. Be it reception or gprs. what the use having a network that you cant use when you need it the most. I have all other netwoks and by far vodacom is the worst. Network busy,sms doesnt be delivered on time, gprs has moodswing. Gosh!

I had a part replaced, after which I had to return 3 times as it wasn't working properly. They also charged me R3500 for a part that cost them R1500!!!!!!!!!!
