Signed up 2 years ago. Was promised by salesman of free breakaways, cruise ship discounts etc. Not been able to book once. Place are never available. Points are few and places are so expensive. Want to cancel contract. Paid thousands without seeing any benefit.

in june 29.2004 where i made a payment depositof R2175.00 and they choose places where to spend the holidays and this was not explained to me. i did use any of their services because the place they chose suited them. on 29th june 2005 ,icancelled this scheme and they did not return my deposit. i hope you can resolve this problem. thaks daniel

On the 27th December 2010, we baught into the Easy Holiday Club (60points) with big promises and garanteed availability of 97%. Up to this date we have not been able to use any of their services once, due to no availability when we need accommodation anywhere in South Africa. So far none of their other promises have come to pass either. We have communicated with them several times and there is always some sort of excuse.
