SA Roadlink Complaints - Poor service

today the 6th september MY dad was suppose to have boarderd on a bus to Durban with SA Roadlink at 7h00am. we waited until 7h40 then I phoned their 0839183999 to established what haapened to the bus,i was told that the Bus would be in Midrand in 15min, after 15 min I called again I was told that the bus had a breakdown on the way. I called spoke to Angelica who I have been liasing with from the first time,that was around 8h45 he told me that the next bus would be at 14h00. I requestes for a refund. then Mysister had to pick up my dad to Pretoria office for a refund where another story emerge, that the Bus did not enter Midrand, they cnannot give my dad a refund as the bus went through Midrand. The only thing i have establised id that employees at Roadlink are pathetic lies. even their Managers are lies. Im very dissappointed as my sister is supposed to be at work noe she is busy sorting the mess that Road link does not want to account for.
